Returns
The customer may return unopened, unused and undamaged merchandise to The Iron Gate within 14 business days of receiving it. Included with each shipment is a return form, which you must fill out and return with the order. You must repack merchandise safely in the original packaging before shipping it back to The Iron Gate. You must also include the receipt in the return package. The Iron Gate ordinarily processes refunds within (7) business days from its receipt of the returned item and will process refunds using the same method of payment as the original purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, unless The Iron Gate sent you an incorrect or damaged order.
Steps to return merchandise: (Also included on return form)
1. Fill out return form
2. Repack the item safely using original packaging.
3. Include the receipt and the "return form" in the return.

5.Send the return package pre-paid with tracking via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS or other reputable carrier approved by The Iron Gate.
Damages
If you should receive damaged merchandise, you must report your claim via e-mail (info@theirongateonline.net) within five (5) business days from the date you received the shipment. Once The Iron Gate approves your claim, you will have the choice to receive either a refund or a replacement. For damaged items, shipping will be provided by The Iron Gate. The Iron Gate sells various one-of-a-kind items, which cannot be replaced. If you receive a damaged one of a kind item, upon returning the damaged item, you will receive a refund.
